NAMN is a co-operation between the adolescent medicine groups belonging to the national paediatric associations in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
The network started in 2006 when The Nordic Paediatric Federation invited representatives from all five countries to a meeting in Copenhagen.
The network is connected to the International Association for Adolescent Health, IAAH ( www.iaah.org ) and the European Network of IAAH (www.eiaah.org)
The aim of the network is to give and recieve support and inspiration from each other in order to develope adolescent medicine in the nordic countries.
